The Tomb of The Cybermen
Written by: Kit Pedler & Gerry Davis 1st Aired: 2 Sep 67-23 Sep 67 Companions: Jamie, VictoriaLocation: Telos, early 25th Century The Tardis lands on the planet Telos, adopted home of the Cybermen. Although the Doctor has met the Cybermen twice before, in this time they haven't been seen for centuries and are believed extinct. On Telos the Doctor encounters an archeological expedition led by Professor Parry and financed by a suspicious pair: Klieg and Kaftan. The Doctor is not so confident that the Cybermen are dead; as people from their expedition begin to die and their spaceship is sabotaged, he realizes that Kaftan and Klieg have their own agenda: to awaken the Cybermen from their frozen tombs.
