The Time Warrior

Journalist Sarah Jane Smith poses as her famous Aunt Livinia to take her place at a conference from which scientists are disappearing. Suspicious of the Doctor, she sneaks into the Tardis just as he uses it to trace a strange force back to the Middle Ages. A Sontaran warrior named Linx, stranded there, is kidnapping scientists through a time to repair his disabled craft. In return for sanctuary, Linx has promised technology to Irongron and his men. If the Doctor can rescue the scientists while keeping Irongron's men at bay, he still must stop Linx's ship from taking off and killing everyone.
