Colin Baker
The sixth incarnation of the Doctor, was played by Colin Baker. The inital characteristics of this Doctor, is that he was highly unstable during his regeneration. He displayed arrogance, cowardice, self-pity and he attempted to kill his companion, Peri. As he stabilised, these features resolved themselves. Despite numerous regenerations, certain aspects of the Doctor remain constant. In this regeneration of the Doctor, we saw Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, the Borad and he met Sil twice in this regeneration.
