War Lord
The War Lord is a pitiless leader of the alien race who instigated the War Games. Having destroyed he War Chief (an unprincipled renegade Time Lord, who constructed Sidrats for the use in the War Games in exchange for power, because of the Doctor's interference, the War Chief was shot while escaping from Sidrat), he was eventually captured by the Time Lords and sentenced to dematerialisation. |
