IMC Robot

The remote-controlled IMC mining robot was equipped with claws to terrify the colonists of Exarius into abandoning their planet. The Doctor almost became one of its victims.

The IMC is the Interplanetary Mining Corporation, and hey demanded loyalty from employees such as Captain Dent (a ruthless man who was employed by the IMC. He was the person responsible for frightening the colonists). When IMC arrived on the planet Exarius, a battle between themselves and the colonists started. All of the IMC survivors were returned to Earth to stand trial.

The IMC only appeared in the Jon Pertwee adventure, Colony in Space.
