Barbara Wright

Barbara is a teacher of History and English at Coal Hill school. She and her colleague, Ian Chesterton, became the companions of the Doctor when they both forced their way into the Tardis in search of their pupil Susan Foreman. After many adventures, she and Ian were returned to Earth when they took the Daleks time and space machine (in The Chase), and they got back to Earth a few years after they left.

Barbara Wright was in An Unearthly Child to The Chase: The Planet of Decision. She was not in The Sensorites: A race Against Death, The Sensorites: Kidnap and The Web Planet: Escape to Danger.
