Mavic Chen
The Guardians of the Solar System in the year 4000. Dedicated to overseeing the lasting peace and harmony that united the galaxy. Chen was really a homicidal maniac with a lust for power, which betrayed his office and people to the Daleks. He formed an alliance with them and the masters of eleven other galaxies to build a weapon known as a Time Destructor, for which he supplied the Taranium Core. Chen had no compunction about eliminating everyone who stood in his way, such as SSS agents Sara Kingdom and Bret Vyon, but ultimately overestimated his own importance to the Daleks. After the Doctor stole the Taranium Core, Chen's plans to retrieve it become less and less effective and eventually the Daleks tired o his presence and destroyed him. Mavic Chen was only in The Daleks' Master Plan. |
