The inhabitants of the planet Dulkis, a humanoid race dedicated to peace. Many years's previously, the Second Dulcian Council ordered a ban on all nuclear weapons research, an order overturned five councils later. The result of this was the island of Death, a radioactive island which remained as a museum of war; a reminder of their warlike past. Since then, Dulcians have led a peaceful life, until the Dominators arrived. Using their Quark robots, the Dominators intended to reduce that planet to radioactive energy ad thereby power their fleets, taking the Dulcians as a slave force.
