The Daleks' Master Plan
Written by: Terry Nation & Dennis Spooner 1st Aired: 13 Nov 65-29 Jan 66 Companions: Steven, Katarina, SaraLocation: Earth (various dates); planets Kembel, Desperus and mira c. 4000 A.D.; planet Tigus, date unknown The Tardis lands on Kembel in the year 4000 A.D., where the Doctor clashes with SSS agent Bret Vyon, who is investigating the disappearance of Marc Cory. They soon join forces, stealing the spaceship of the traitorous Mavic Chen, Guardian of the Solar System, in a desperate attempt to warn Earth about the Daleks' plot to destroy that planet. Posing as one of the Daleks' allies, the Doctor has stolen the Taranium core to a Dalek weapon called the Time Destructor. A desperate cat and mouse game ensues across space and time. Not all of the Doctor's friends will survive!
