Commander of a rouge group of Ice Warriors who wanted to opt out of the warlike ways. He was in league with Galaxy Five, the Federation's enemies, and Eckersley, his human agent on Peladon. Azaxyr's Ice Warriors, led by Sskel, had been hiing on Peladon for som time, sabotaging much o he goodwill that exited o te plnet between Queen Thalira an h Federation. Once exposed by the Doctor, he became urderous but was stabbed with a sword during a final battle in the throne room and died.
