One of the original group who set up the Greatest Show in the Galaxy, the famous travelling Psychic Circus that went from planet to planet entertaining people. However, when the circus was take over by the Gods of Ragnorok, the Chief Clown became their main agent for evil, tracking down his former associates and either forcing them to work for the Gods or killing hem. Once considered amongst he greatest entertainers, he became a twisted, malevolent person who enjoyed seeing people hurt for more than seeing them laugh. He was eventually killed by one of Bellboy's huge robots.
