The Doctor and Ace find the prophecies seem to be coming true-but in the wrong dimension. When Morgaine, Modred and their armored army arrive in out universe, the distinctions between science and sorcery disappear. Morgaine looses the Destroyer, the Eater of World, and the Brigadier rises from retirement for his own Final Battle. In an effort to provoke a final confrontation with Arthur, she threatens to trigger a nuclear holocaust. Can the Doctor-who may, in fact, be Merlyn one day-convince her that Arthur has been dead for 900 years?
